Prawns with garlic mayonnaise dip.

Basic ingredients
50 g mayonnaise
50g large prawns
1 large clove of garlic crushed
salt
Steps:
1. Mix the mayonnaise and crushed garlic in a bowl
and place in the fridge to chill.
2. Shell the prawns, place on a baking tray (frozen
prawns can be used if you prefer).
3. Sprinkle with a little salt and olive oil then
place under a medium grill.
4. Make sure you turn the prawns several times so
that they are thoroughly cooked on both sides.
5. When the prawns are golden place on a serving
dish and serve with the garlic mayonnaise as a side dip.
